The SCTS Annual Conference 2024, organized by the Society for Cardiothoracic Surgery in Great Britain and Ireland (SCTS), will be held on March 17-19, 2024. The society’s yearly gathering remains dedicated to the exchange of the latest concepts, learnings, and best practices for the cardiothoracic surgical community’s continuous growth.
High-level Program:
Cryo Nerve Block Lunchbox Session: On Sunday, March 17, in Hall 2E, 12:30-1:30 p.m., we will organise a Lunchbox session focusing on Cryo Nerve Block (CryoNB) Therapy, an innovative solution that helps relieve the pain the patient takes home after thoracic surgical procedures. Join us for insightful discussions delivered by expert faculty from the United Kingdom, on cryoanalgesia and its benefits for patients undergoing thoracic surgeries.
University Day Session: We will also sponsor an SCTS University session titled “AF Surgery: Preventing AF-related Morbidity and Heart Failure.” The session will take place in Hall 1B on Sunday, March 17 from 10:50 a.m. to 12:20 p.m. and help expand on your knowledge of the relationship between Heart Failure and Atrial Fibrillation, along with best approaches to providing patients with effective treatments.
Exhibition Booth: At SCTS Annual Meeting 2024, attendees can meet AtriCure’s teams at booth #15 to get more insights into the latest advances in AF treatment and post-operative pain management
